(Portland, OR)  --  Authorities say a water main break forced them to shut down a portion of Southeast 82nd Avenue yesterday.  The Portland Water Bureau says an eight-inch pipe from 1912 broke Sunday night.  Two homes and four businesses were affected.  Crews shut down Southeast 82nd Avenue from Ogden to Cooper Streets because of the break.
