(Portland, OR)  --  A Beaverton Naval recruiter is accused of sexually abusing an underage student.  Police arrested 27-year-old Sean William Kelly Monday on charges of luring a minor, second-degree sexual abuse, sexual delinquency of a minor and two counts of third-degree sexual abuse.  Police say Kelly met his victim while working at the North Clackamas School District as a Naval recruiter.  He's accused of abusing her in June.  Police believe there may be other victims.
