(Portland, OR)  --  A convicted sex offender is facing new charges for allegedly talking to underage girls online.  Police arrested 42-year-old Benjamin Finnestad in Bend yesterday on two counts of luring a minor for sexual conduct and one count of failing to register as a sex offender.  Investigators say Finnestad tried to contact juveniles on social media sites.
