(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Association of Teachers and Portland Public Schools say they've reached a tentative deal on a three-year labor contract.  The two sides announced the news yesterday in a joint press release, saying the contract will create more resources for teachers and students.  Union members are scheduled to vote on the deal between January 30th and February 5th, with a school board vote to follow.
