OSU Student Charged With Hate Crime For Racist Stickers

(Portland, OR)  --  An Oregon State University student is facing felony hate crime charges.  This, after he allegedly left racist stickers and leaflets on cars belonging to members of the group Show Up to Racial Justice last year.  Andrew Oswalt was charged this week with two counts of intimidation in the first degree and two counts of criminal mischief in the third degree via secret indictment.  Oswalt identifies as a self-described member of the "alt-right."
