(Portland, OR)  --  One man is facing burglary charges after being found inside a stranger's home in southwest Portland.  Police say the homeowner called 9-1-1 yesterday afternoon after coming home and discovering the house had been ransacked.  Arriving officers searched the house and discovered 33-year-old Robert Gangewer still inside.  Police arrested him on a charge of burglary in the first degree.
