(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a missing 17-year-old girl.  Police say Haylee C. Riggs was last seen Sunday at the Wendy's restaurant in Happy Valley, where she works.  Haylee's mother told police she dropped her off there around 4:30 p.m., but when she returned around 7:00 p.m., staff members told her Haylee never showed up for work.  Police say Haylee doesn't have any of her daily medications with her.
