(Banks, OR)  --  A man is dead after experiencing a medical emergency and crashing on Highway 26 near Banks.  Oregon State Police say 86-year-old Portland resident George Fleerlage rear-ended another driver's car Monday and was pronounced dead at the scene.  The other motorist was taken to a hospital and is expected to be okay.  Authorities say it appears Fleerlage had some kind of medical emergency while driving, and that he was not wearing a seat belt.
