Thousands Gather In Portland For 'March For Our Lives'

(Portland, OR)  --  Thousands of Portlanders are calling for action against gun violence.  Roughly nine-thousand people gathered at Pioneer Courthouse Square Saturday for the student-led "March For Our Lives" event.  Portland-based Portugal. The Man performed for protesters after an hour of speeches calling for tighter gun control laws.  A few counter-protesters showed up at the North Park Blocks, with one counter-protester comparing the demonstrators to Hitler, telling "The Portland Tribune" that the dictator's desire for gun control led to the deaths of six-million Jews.
