(Portland, OR)  --  Police are searching for a suspect who opened fire on another driver, causing him to crash his car.  It happened yesterday afternoon near Northeast 11th Avenue and Failing Street in Northeast Portland.  Police say the victim was driving in the area when someone inside a passing SUV fired several shots at him, causing him to crash into  telephone pole.  The suspect's SUV is described as dark-colored and it was last seen heading east on Failing Street.
