(Spokane, WA)  --  An alleged member of a Eugene-based motorcycle gang is facing charges for the rape and kidnapping of a Spokane, Washington woman.  Police have arrested 40-year-old Roger Heuberger on charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, unlawful imprisonment and third-degree rape.  Police say he held a woman against her will at a hotel late last month following a night of drug-fueled partying.  Police say he tied the woman to a chair and forced her to watch snuff films before raping her.  Heuberger is believed to be a member of the Free Souls motorcycle club.
