(Portland, OR)  --  One person is dead and another is injured following a crash in Southeast Portland.  Police say a man was driving on Southeast Foster Road yesterday morning when he crashed into an embankment.  One man in the car was injured and sought help from nearby police.  Another man was pinned underneath the car.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.
