(Portland, OR)  --  Two people are behind bars in connection to an early morning shooting.  Police responded to the area of Southeast 78th Avenue and Southeast Flavel Street just before 1:00 this morning on reports of shots fired.  Police arrested two suspects who matched witness descriptions.  One of the suspects allegedly had a nine-millimeter gun in his waistband.
