(Portland, OR)  --  A Vancouver man is fighting for his life after being struck by a car.  Police say the man was walking in traffic near the Fred Meyer on Northeast Highway 99 last night when a car crashed into him.  He was rushed to a hospital with life-threatening injures.  Police say the driver stayed at the scene for questioning.
