(Portland, OR)  --  One man is hospitalized following a shooting in North Portland.  Police say the 30-year-old man flagged down first responders near the Plaid Pantry at Going Street and North Interstate Avenue last night.  It's not clear what led to the shooting, and police say the victim isn't cooperating with their investigation.  Police were still trying to find the crime scene as of late last night.
