(Portland, OR)  --  A convicted sex offender is facing new charges for sexual abuse.  Police arrested 77-year-old Kenneth Lolley Tuesday, the same day he was released from the Oregon State Penitentiary, where he served four years for numerous sex offenses dating back to 2013.  Police arrested him after identifying a new victim from before his 2013 arrest.  Lolley is the former owner of Tucker Road Pottery Store, where he taught pottery classes for both children and adults.
