(Vancouver, WA)  --  One man is dead after being hit by a car while walking on SR-14 in Vancouver.  Police say the man was trying to cross the highway near the Columbia Way exit last night when a car struck him.  He was pronounced dead at the scene.  It's not yet clear if the driver will face any charges.
