(Westport, CA)  --  Police say they've found more human remains possibly belonging to the Hart Family of Woodland, whose members died in a fiery crash along the California coast back in March.  Mendocino County Sheriff's deputies say they found a human foot inside a shoe about one mile north of the crash site, along with a pair of blue jeans.  Investigators believe Jennifer and Sarah Hart may have intentionally drove their SUV off the cliff on the highway, killing themselves and their six adopted children.
