(Marylhurst, OR)  --  A Portland-area college is closing its doors after 125 years of higher education.  "OregonLive" reports that Marylhurst University has been battling declining enrollment for the past decade.  The institution is expected to shut down for good by the end of the year.  Board chair-elect Chip Terhune says they looked at the situation from a number of different angles but couldn't find a solution to the problem.
