(Portland, OR)  --  A 43-year-old man is facing several charges after allegedly crashing into a parked patrol vehicle.  Police arrested Patrick McGuire for the incident yesterday morning on charges of DUII, reckless driving, failing to perform duties of a driver and fourth-degree assault.  Police say the patrol vehicle was parked and had its emergency lights on when McGuire crashed into it.  One officer inside the vehicle was treated and released from a hospital.
