(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland food cart owner is out a thousand bucks for hurling a racial slur at a customer.  OregonLive reports that Islam El Masry also admitted to hurling some Gatorade and hot sauce at Carlotta Washington last month.  He has agreed to pay her a thousand dollars in exchange for dropping the charges against him.  El Masry owns Small Pharoah's Egyptian and New Yorker Food, and became upset with Washington when she tried to pay her seven-dollar tab mostly in quarters.
