(Portland, OR)  --  More than two-dozen people are facing citations following a police crackdown on speeding.  The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office says police issued 27 citations and 14 warnings Saturday during a speed enforcement mission on Interstate 84.  Police stopped 37 vehicles in total during the four-hour mission.
