(Vancouver, WA)  --  Things are getting back to normal at a hospital in Vancouver, Washington today after a disturbance forced it into a modified lockdown.  Police say PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center was put on lockdown last night due to a disturbance involving a person.  Police have since arrested the person.  Further details were not immediately available.
