(Austin, TX) -- A Texas man is offering 3D gun blueprints for sale despite a federal court ruling. Cody Wilson said yesterday customers who order plans from his company online will receive the blueprints on USB drives in the mail. Monday's decision by a Seattle judge extended a ban on publishing the instructions online. According to Wilson, the mail is a secure form of communication that's not covered by the judge's order. Oregon is among more than a dozen states suing to keep Defense Distributed from distributing the plans to make plastic guns on a 3-D printer.
