Elevated Radon Levels Found In Two Vancouver Schools

(Vancouver, WA)  --  Vancouver Public Schools officials are revealing that elevated levels of radon were detected at two of their schools earlier this year.  The district sent out letters to parents yesterday informing them that tests conducted in February at Lieser School and McLoughlin Middle School showed elevated levels of the toxic gas.  Officials say they have resolved the problem at McLoughlin and that radon levels at Lieser are now below the EPA guidelines.
