(Vancouver, WA)  --  An 18-year-old woman is dead after being hit by a car while walking in Vancouver, Washington.  Police say Amy Walker was killed last night while walking along Mill Plain Boulevard near North Morrison Road.  Police say the driver remained at the scene to cooperate with investigators.
