(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into the death of a woman who reportedly fell from an I-405 overpass.  Police responded to the northbound lanes of I-405 yesterday morning on reports that a woman had fallen.  Responding officers found the woman dead at the scene.  Anyone who witnessed the event is urged to contact police.
