(Portland, OR)  --  An investigation is ongoing into an incident in which a person caught fire in southeast Portland.  Police say the victim was at a gas station near Southeast 82nd Avenue and Washington Street yesterday when the flames sparked.  It's not clear if it was an accident or if someone deliberately set the person ablaze.  The victim had second- and third-degree burns over 90-percent of the body.
