(Seattle, WA)  --  A meeting is scheduled today to discuss the possibility of a bullet train connecting Portland, Seattle and Vancouver, British Columbia.  The three city governments are pushing for it to be a reality by 2035.  Today's meeting is the second on the topic.  The populations of the three cities are expected to top eleven-million by 2040.
