(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a man accused of shooting a man to death and injuring two other people near the Moda Center.  Police say convicted felon Robert James Jr. appeared in court yesterday on a felony murder charge.  He's accused of opening fire into an SUV at Northeast Multnomah Street and Wheeler Avenue Friday night.  Police say 44-year-old passenger Markell Devon James died.  The driver and a woman standing nearby were injured in the shooting.  The shooting happened shortly after Nick Cannon's Wild N Out tour stop at the Moda Center.
