(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man is facing hate crime charges after allegedly using racial slurs to insult a woman.  Kelly Roberts was indicted by a grand jury Tuesday on charges of second-degree intimidation, menacing, second-degree criminal mischief, and third-degree theft.  Police say the victim was eating at the Pita Pit on Southwest 5th Avenue earlier this month when Roberts began yelling racial slurs at her and calling her names.  Roberts was working at the restaurant at the time of the incident.  He has since been fired.
