(Portland, OR)  --  Fred Meyer is recalling angel food cakes sold in Oregon due to unlisted allergens.  The grocery chain issued the recall Monday for stores in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Arkansas.  Fred Meyer says the cakes may contain milk and soy, which are not listed on the package's ingredients list.  The cakes have been removed from store shelves.
