(Portland, OR) -- People visiting Portland parks say that owls are attacking. The Portland Audubon Society calls it "dive-bombs", when the owl swoops down from trees. The society says it most commonly occurs when people are running in areas where owls are present, as the animals see them as a threat to their home. Common owl spots include Marquam Nature Park, Forest Park, and Tryon Creek Park.
