(Vancouver, WA)  --  An 18-year-old man is behind bars as the search continues for a four-year-old girl police say was abducted by her non-custodial mother in Vancouver, Washington.  Police arrested 18-year-old Erick Garcia-Valdo yesterday and booked him into Clark County Jail.  He's accused of helping Esmeralda Lopez-Lopez kidnap her daughter Aranza Ochoa Lopez during a court-supervised visit Thursday at the Vancouver Mall.
