(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported following a tornado near Scio and a funnel cloud over Forest Grove.  The National Weather Service says an EF-0 tornado touched down near Scio around 3:30 yesterday afternoon and brought small, marble-sized hail with it.  In Forest Grove, a couple nursery greenhouses were damaged when a funnel cloud blew through the area.  The National Weather Service will have a crew out surveying the area this morning to determine whether the funnel cloud was a tornado.
