(Vancouver, WA)  --  Police are canceling the AMBER Alert in California for a missing four-year-old Vancouver, Washington girl.  The Vancouver Police Department tells KATU-2 they believe that Aranza Ochoa Lopez has been taken across the border to Mexico by her non-custodial mother, Esmeralda Lopez-Lopez.  Police say Aranza was kidnapped by Lopez-Lopez Thursday during a court-supervised visit at the Vancouver Mall.  Aranza has been in foster care since last year.  Meanwhile, police say they've arrested two more suspects accused of helping Lopez-Lopez carry out the kidnapping after making one arrest Sunday.
