(Vancouver, WA)  --  A man is facing a murder charge in connection to the death of his girlfriend's five-year-old daughter.  Police arrested 37-year-old Ryan Burge Friday after the girl died from severe head trauma while being treated at a Portland hospital.  Police say Burge was babysitting the girl when she suffered the injury.  Burge tells investigators she injured herself while throwing a tantrum.
