(Salem, OR)  --  One in three Oregon daycares are delinquent in reporting lead testing on their drinking water.  The Oregonian reports that the centers were required by law to report on lead testing by the end of September.  However, more than 12-hundred have yet to do so.  About one-and-a-half-percent of those that did report the findings discovered lead above state standards.  No amount of lead exposure is considered safe, and it's especially dangerous for kids under the age of six.
