(Vancouver, WA)  --  A woman is facing charges after allegedly reaching into a man's car and cutting him across the neck.  Police say the man was sitting in his car outside the Willow Creek apartments in Vancouver Sunday afternoon when the woman reached through his open window with a butcher knife and cut him on the neck.  Police say the man was able to wrestle the knife away from the woman.  Police responded to the scene and arrested 49-year-old Ester Mitchell.  The victim reportedly suffered minor injuries.
