(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges in connection to the death of a man at a Southeast Portland apartment complex.  Police arrested 38-year-old Nathan Moore yesterday for the incident at Court Louise Apartments.  Police responded to the area on reports of possible gunfire.  Responding officers say the victim died at a nearby hospital.  An autopsy is scheduled for today.
