(Portland, OR) -- A man is in police custody following a domestic violence call that prompted evacuations in a Southeast Portland neighborhood. Police responded to a home at Southeast 118th Avenue and Raymond Street last night on reports of domestic violence. The victim told responding officers that the suspect had hit him repeatedly with the butt of a rifle. The suspect then allegedly stepped out of the home and fired a gun.
