(Vancouver, WA)  --  Transportation officials are seeking public input on how to improve a busy highway intersection in Vancouver.  The Washington Department of Transportation is working to ease congestion and delays at the intersection of SR 500 and Northeast Fourth Plain Boulevard.  The department says the intersection has the most traffic congestion and delays of any highway intersection in the county.  The department has put together a public survey, which can be found on their website.
