(Portland, OR)  --  New details are coming to light regarding a man who died in an officer-involved shooting in Portland after allegedly breaking into a home and pulling out a knife.  Family members of 36-year-old Andre Gladen tell The Oregonian he was legally blind and suffered from paranoid schizophrenia.  The California native was living in Portland with his cousin since last month and was shot and killed Sunday after showing up at a stranger's home and refusing to leave.  He had reportedly been in and out of hospitals in the past and his brother says he needed help.
