(Salem, OR)  --  A top aide to Oregon Senator Peter Courtney is resigning over sexual harassment allegations.  OregonLive reports that Robin Maxey is accused of harassment by a woman who works for another Democratic state Senator.  A civil rights complaint alleges that he stood close enough to the woman to touch her during a social event, and later sent an inappropriate message to her.  A report from the state Labor Commission has blasted a number of lawmakers for not doing enough to stop sexual harassment at the Capitol.
