(Portland, OR)  --  A man is facing charges after allegedly leading police on a car chase in a stolen vehicle in Newport.  Police say they tried to pull over 24-year-old Ruben Mosqueda of Lincoln City early Saturday morning for a traffic violation, but he took off.  The pursuit ended on the north side of Yaquina Bay Bridge State Park, where officers arrested Mosqueda.  Police say the vehicle was reported stolen out of Vancouver and that Mosqueda had an open warrant out for his arrest for probation violation.
