New Details Released On Accused Family Killer Mark Gago

(Portland, OR)  --  New details are coming to light regarding a man accused of killing four people including his nine-month-old daughter before being shot and killed by police.  The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office says 42-year-old Mark Gago was found in contempt of court last year for failing to make child support payments to his second wife, who filed for divorce in 2017.  Gago had previously missed two years of child support payments to a previous ex-wife.  Police say Gago was arrested for assault in 2005, but those charges were dropped, and he hadn't faced any other charges for more than a decade until being found in contempt of court last year.  Police say Gago killed his daughter and three adults at a home near Canby overnight Saturday and was about to kill a little girl when responding officers opened fire, killing him.  Police are identifying the deceased victims as nine-month-old Olivia Lynn Rose Gago, 31-year-old Shaina Sweitzer, 66-year-old Jerry Bremer and 64-year-old Pamela Bremer.
