(Portland, OR) -- Police are releasing the identity of a man arrested for allegedly injuring a police sergeant during a traffic stop in northeast Portland. Police say 40-year-old Joten Uruo threw his pickup truck into reverse during the traffic stop near Northeast Halsey and Northeast 43rd Avenue Friday, striking the sergeant. The sergeant has been released from the hospital and is expected to recover. Police arrested Uruo on several charges, including DUII, attempting to elude officers and resisting arrest.
