(Portland, OR)  --  Two men are facing charges after allegedly stealing a Subaru.  The Portland Police Bureau says officers tried to pull over Nathan Perkins near Southeast 80th Avenue and Rhone Street Saturday night, but he fled on foot after stopping the car.  The second suspect Christopher Landaker stayed behind and surrendered to officers.  Police found and arrested Perkins later after he allegedly broke into someone's home on Southeast Center Street.  Police say the homeowner defended himself by hitting Perkins over the head with a baseball bat.  Perkins suffered a minor head wound.
