(Portland, OR)  --  The City of Portland is officially condemning hate groups.  City Council members voted unanimously yesterday to pass a resolution condemning both white supremacists and alt-right hate groups.  The resolution also calls on the city to develop a training program for city staff on the history and impact of white supremacy.  Staff members will also be trained on how to identify white supremacy.
