(Portland, OR)  --  Police are releasing the identity of a woman found dead under suspicious circumstances in southeast Portland.  Police say 43-year-old Jaquona Lakaya Goggans was found dead just after midnight last Thursday inside a parked vehicle on Southeast Division Street.  It's not yet clear how she died, but police are calling the death suspicious.  An investigation is ongoing.
